URIELLE MEDICAL

Urielle Medical is developing a non-invasive, sterile, single-use catheter patch for urine collection in women. The passive external device is designed to reduce reliance on indwelling catheterization in appropriate care settings, without pumps or vacuum. It combines a disruptive adhesive interface with a low-profile, skin-conformable architecture intended to support secure placement, leakage management, patient comfort, and integration into clinical and long-term care workflows.
Urielle focuses on the needs of bedbound and mobility-limited women, with emphasis on dignity, skin compatibility, and nursing usability. The company is currently conducting preclinical feasibility testing, including bench- and simulated-use evaluations of the skin-device interface, passive urine collection, leakage control, and usability.
Urielle is pursuing regulated medical device pathways in the European Union and the United States, with final classification and submission strategy subject to regulatory confirmation.
