Welcome to the website of NOGAFEM, Registered Non-Profit Organization No. 580702983 (R.A.) (hereinafter: "the Association").
The use of the website, its content, the option to leave details, joining as a member, or making donations and payments (hereinafter: "the Services") are subject to the user's full consent to the terms specified in these regulations. Please read the regulations carefully, as browsing the website or leaving details constitutes unconditional agreement to everything stated herein.

2. Prerequisites for Website Use and Age Restrictions

The use of the website, leaving details, and making payments/donations are permitted only for individuals aged 18 and older who possess the legal capacity to perform binding actions.

If the user is a minor (under the age of 18), leaving details or participating in website activities is contingent upon obtaining prior approval from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Delivery Policy (Content, Approvals, and Products)

Provision of Digital Services and Receipts: Upon making a donation or payment on the website, an immediate confirmation will be sent to the user via email, including a receipt/donation approval in accordance with Section 46.
4. Cancellation, Donation, and Refund Policy (In Accordance with the Consumer Protection Law)
The Association's cancellation and refund policy is subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981:

Donation Cancellation: In accordance with the law, a donor may request to cancel a donation made on the website within 14 days from the date it was made, provided that this is done via written notice to the Association (according to the contact details in Section 1). The Association will credit the credit card minus the cancellation fee as required by law (5% of the donation amount or 100 ILS, whichever is lower).

Cancellation of Service/Product Purchase: Cancellation of participation in an event, conference, or the purchase of a product from the Association will be possible within 14 days from the date of the transaction, provided that the cancellation is made at least 7 business days prior to the date of the event (in the case of a service).
5. Liability Policy

The content, information, and materials published on the website are presented "As-Is" and for informational, educational, and awareness purposes only.

The Association makes significant efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information but does not bear any liability for direct or indirect damage caused to the user or any third party as a result of relying on the information on the website.

The Association respects the privacy of users and supporters of the Association. The details provided when leaving details or making a donation (such as name, phone number, email, and address) will be used for the Association's activities, updates on its operations, and communication with applicants.

The website is secured using an advanced security protocol (SSL). Credit card details are not stored on the Association's servers but are handled by a certified external clearing provider under the PCI-DSS standard.

7. International Activity Restrictions and Non-Sale to High-Risk Countries

The activities on the website, acceptance of donations, and distribution of materials are intended for the State of Israel and permitted countries only.

It is strictly forbidden to receive donations, establish contact, sell, or ship materials and products from the website to individuals or entities located in high-risk countries, enemy states, or entities subject to international sanctions (including but not limited to: Iran, Syria, Lebanon, Yemen, North Korea, etc.), in accordance with Israeli and international law.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These regulations shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Any legal dispute regarding the activities of the website or the Association shall be brought to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Central District.
