TIKI100

TIKI100 is a medical device company redefining the management of female urinary incontinence (UI), a condition affecting more than 200 million women worldwide. Its proprietary product, ControlFlow, is a discreet, Bluetooth-enabled smart intraurethral device that enables women to independently control urination while reducing the risk of catheter-associated urinary tract infections (CAUTIs).
Unlike existing solutions, pads, medications, catheters, or surgery that manage symptoms passively or involve invasive interventions, ControlFlow offers an active, user-controlled approach that prioritizes dignity, safety, and quality of life. The device supports guided self-insertion using an integrated optical sensor and mobile application, includes an antibacterial coating, and can remain in-body for up to 30 days. Urination is enabled discreetly using a smart, app-controlled valve.
TIKI100 plans to launch initially through insured clinical channels, with future expansion into OTC and direct-to-consumer markets. The company is raising $3 million to complete development, scale manufacturing, and obtain FDA clearance.
