IMMA is a women’s health technology company developing a self-operated transvaginal ultrasound solution designed for home use under physician control. The system enables women to perform pelvic ultrasound examinations autonomously while remaining fully integrated into standard medical care pathways. By shifting routine gynecologic and fertility imaging from clinics to the home, IMMA addresses major challenges in access, capacity constraints, patient burden, and continuity of monitoring, particularly in infertility treatment, early pregnancy follow-up, and chronic gynecologic conditions.

IMMA’s technology is based on a motorized, standardized probe movement architecture that supports reproducible imaging and medical oversight, without requiring a trained sonographer manipulating the probe at the time of the exam. The platform is developed with a strong emphasis on clinical validation, regulatory compliance, and reimbursement readiness.
