Femme Medical is an Israeli women’s health startup developing a first of its kind intravaginal therapeutic device for urinary leakage, a condition affecting one in three women and significantly impacting quality of life. Current options are either time consuming, invasive, or provide only partial relief. Femme introduces a new category of care: a passive, non invasive, tampon like device designed to provide immediate support during daily activities while also helping train and strengthen pelvic floor function over time.

The company is preparing its First in Human clinical trial at Ichilov Hospital and advancing a scalable regulatory pathway toward FDA 510k clearance. Femme Medical’s solution aims to offer an accessible, discreet, and easy to use alternative to surgery or long term pad dependence.

Led by CEO Limor Halay and supported by the Israel Innovation Authority and private investors, Femme Medical is positioned to address a major unmet need in a rapidly growing global market and redefine care for pelvic floor disorders.
