intolerable for many women. Endometriosis is a chronic, painful
disease affecting over 200 million women worldwide in which
uterine-like tissue forms lesions outside the uterus causing
inflammation, pain and infertility. There are no specific molecular
targets in the lesions, and all systemic treatments have these off
target effects.

acting treatment. EndoSpot’s patented product is engineered for local
retention in the peritoneal cavity and for sustained release of active
