Carmel Diagnostics is an innovative SME specialising in advanced biomedical diagnostics based on using measurement of oxidative stress with ThermoChemiluminescence (TCL) technology. Our core activity is developing non-invasive, rapid assays that quantify oxidative stress and related biomarkers in biological fluids. This proprietary platform enables early detection, patient stratification and treatment monitoring across multiple clinical domains. We continuously invest in R&D, translating scientific insights into clinically validated solutions, including successful studies in fertility and preeclampsia. Our lead application which is ready for use is Fertissimo – Embryo Selection for IVF process, a noninvasive solution that substantially improved success rate in IVF.
