Dr. Michal Sela
Co-Founder and Chair of board
Dr. Michal Sela holds a D.M.D and an MA in Management of NGO’s both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She serves as a Senior International Advisor for Leadership Development and Civic Engagement, specializing in gender equality. She lectures on gender in master's degree programs, and has extensive experience in initiating long-term social projects.
Dr. Sela has served as the Executive Director of the Women's Network, a non-partisan organization advocating for women's rights in Israel.
Currently, Dr. Sela primarily works in Europe (Germany, Ukraine, Spain) and has led numerous projects in Africa and India. She brings extensive experience in managing NGOs and driving policy changes.
Dr. Sela is also a frequent speaker at conferences and events on gender equality. Additionally, she is a member of several boards and advisory committees.
Dr. Ronell Klingman (Bernstein):

Dr. Ronel Klingman graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa with a medical degree and has specialized in interdisciplinary scientific writing, combining a deep understanding of science, technology, research, and medicine.
She is the owner of two companies, Integremed and LifeSciMed, which work with over twenty leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Dr. Klingman has extensive experience collaborating with startups at various stages of development, providing comprehensive consultancy in scientific, marketing, and scientific writing. Additionally, she is an expert in creating global strategic partnerships.
Yonatan Glaser
Board Member
Jonathan Glaser is a social entrepreneur who has founded and managed two non-profit organizations specializing in leadership development, social change, education, and training. With extensive experience in building partnerships with government agencies, businesses, and non-governmental organizations both in Israel and abroad, Jonathan has a comprehensive background in entrepreneurship and project initiation from a systemic perspective. He is able to manage partnerships across various sectors and internationally.
Jonathan specializes in leadership development and leads processes of social and technological innovation. He is the founder and CEO of Un-Stuck (www.un-stuck.me), an organization that provides training, consulting, and team development for multidisciplinary projects in a dynamic environment.
Jonathan holds a B.A. in Law and Economics from the University of Melbourne, Australia, and an M.A. in Jewish Philosophy and Education from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He is also a graduate of the Mandel School for Educational Leadership.
Yifat Rosenthal Cohen
Board Member
Yifat serves as the Vice President of Student Affairs at the Holon Institute of Technology (HIT). She has extensive experience in project management and promoting organizational processes. In the past, she has been involved in advancing social projects and fostering partnerships between academia and the community.
Currently, Yifat is a member of the Kiryat Ono Women's Management Board. She holds a B.A. from the Tel Aviv-Yafo Academic College and an M.B.A. in Business Administration from Bar-Ilan University.
Dganit Salant
Member of audit committee
Dganit Salant is a graduate of the Technion, where she studied design and marketing communication. She holds an MA with distinction in organizational consulting, an LLB in law, and is a certified mediator. She also has expertise in business and public management and has completed advanced international training programs.
Dganit is an active volunteer and community service participant, dedicated to integrating women into senior roles and decision-making positions. She supports social entrepreneurs in developing impactful initiatives that promote equal opportunities, diversity, and intergenerational equity.
Dganit maintains a community of thousands of Israeli female executives from both domestic and international spheres. She has extensive experience in management and team development across various sectors, including governmental and municipal systems, hospitals, academia, corporate entities, and civil society organizations.
Anat Fanti
Member of audit committee
Anat Fanti, currently pursuing her doctorate in the Science, Technology, and Society program at Bar Ilan University, specializes in examining the evolution of well-being indices and their growing significance in governmental policies. With a master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and more than two decades of experience in senior human resources positions within the hi-tech sector, Anat has also served as an organizational and strategic consultant for various companies and startups in Israel and the United States.
Her research interests are notably focused on technology firms and advancements in health and mental health fields, particularly exploring their intersection with gender and ethical considerations. Anat contributed to an international research initiative that established a standard for integrating well-being indices into the development processes of artificial intelligence and autonomous systems, published by IEEE in 2020.
Anat has been an active member of the National Council for the Advancement of Women in Science and Technology at the Ministry of Science since 2017. In this role, she leads a team investigating the portrayal and teaching of gender-related issues in health professions schools in Israel compared to prestigious international institutions.
